The Water and Utility Services Group provides vital services in six critical areas.

Drinking Water and Sanitary Sewage treatment services are provided through a network of treatment plants and conveyance systems. Re-Use water for irrigation is also produced. This reduces the costs of irrigation to County water customers, and is a method of reducing irrigation costs while working toward the goal of aquifer recharge. The Stormwater Utility provides for scientific analysis necessary to design and construct facilities required to collect, convey, and enhance the quality of stormwater runoff. The Administrative service unit provides policy, logistical, and billing support for all elements of the Water and Utility Services Group.
