Volusia County’s agricultural operations have a
significant impact on the local economy. Volusia grown products are sold

local economy.
This week, Volusia Magazine, the county’s weekly
public information television program, focuses on the findings of the
economic analysis of agriculture and profiles the 27th Farm Tour, which
is upcoming. The in-depth interview guests are David Griffis, director
of the Volusia County/University of Florida Cooperative Extension
Service, and Rick Michael, director of the Department of Economic
Development. The 30-minute program also includes the latest actions of
the Volusia County Council.
