Agenda items that are to appear on an agenda must be received in the County Manager’s Office no later than 12 noon on the deadline date. Agenda items which require review by the Department of Management and Budget and/or County Attorney, should be routed to those offices no later than 12 noon on the Friday proceeding the agenda deadline date. The County Manager will delay approval for agenda docketing until the next meeting agenda if those offices have not reviewed the item in advance of the agenda deadline.
