If you do not know the inmate’s booking number, a visitation operator can provide you with this information. The visitation operator is generally available to take your call from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday only.

Please note that inmates are allowed only two visitors, one visit per day. Appointments must be made by 9:00 in the evening before the day a visit is requested.

To schedule a visit using the automated scheduling system, your name must appear on the inmate’s visitor card and it must be spelled correctly. If the system does not recognize your name, you may transfer your call to the operator. Inmates fill out their visitor card during their intake orientation, which usually occurs within 3 days after they are admitted to custody.
