PUBLIC MEETING WILL ADDRESS STORMWATER PLAN FOR
SPRUCE CREEK B-21 BASIN
Volusia County’s Public Works Department will host a public meeting
to provide information and seek public input about the development of a
stormwater management plan for the Spruce Creek B-21 Basin.
The meeting will be from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, in the
Creekside Middle School cafeteria, 6801 Airport Road, Port Orange.
Volusia County staff members and the consultant will be available to
discuss the project and answer questions.
The Spruce Creek B-21 Basin has a drainage area of about 34 square
miles along the Tomoka Farms Road corridor, from S.R. 44 north to the
Tomoka Landfill.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida
Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to
participate in the proceedings should request assistance at least two
business days before the meeting.
