DELAND LIBRARY HOSTS ADULT CRAFT SERIES

Discover your inner artist at the DeLand Area Public Library, which will host a monthly craft series for adults on the third Wednesday of each month from September through April.

The series begins with a watercolor class led by artist Shannon Holt of Blue Pearl Arts at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17. Other fall classes will include holiday stamping projects, herbal body care gifts, and holiday art cards.

All supplies will be provided, and the classes are free. Reservations are required and may be made by calling Susan Fichter at (386) 822-6430, ext. 109.

The library is open seven days a week at 130 E. Howry Ave.
