AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO MEET AUG. 14

The Volusia County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, in the Volusia County Council Chambers of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.

Members will hear a staff presentation from Growth and Resource Management Director Greg Stubbs.

The advisory committee recommends initiatives to the County Council to facilitate affordable housing in Volusia County.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida statutes, persons with disabilities who need special accommodation to participate in the proceedings should request assistance at least two business days before the meeting.
