PUBLIC HEARING OF THE VOLUSIA COUNTY BEACH CONCESSION REVIEW BOARD

The Beach Concession Review Board will convene for a public hearing at 2 p.m. Monday, August 4. The board will address the appeal of the beach director's decision to suspend the motorized vehicle concessions of Kerry Vagnier (DB-47.2) and Phillip and Seth Thomas (DBS-070). The hearing will be in the county manager's conference room at 250 N. Beach St,, Daytona Beach. The meeting is open to the public.

Review board members are Volusia County Council Vice-Chair Joie Alexander, Deputy County Manager Mary Anne Connors and Beach Advisory Board Chair David Lamotte.
