AGRICULTURAL CENTER TO HOST CITRUS MEETING

Citrus growers are invited to learn about greening management research from 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Volusia County’s Agricultural Center.

Topics will include initial results of ultra low volume spray applications for psyllid control, the citrus greening HLB pathogen in citrus trees, HLB control practices in the Brazilian citrus industry, and HLB diagnostic symptoms and tree nutrition.

The Agricultural Center is at 3100 E. New York Ave., DeLand, just east of Interstate 4. The meeting is sponsored by the University of Florida/Volusia County Extension.
